A Castle
in the Dark

I went to your castle in the dark of night
the fog was so heavy I could see no lights..
I tiptoed in through an open door
And gifts I found all over the floor...
I picked one up and so shiny it was
I saw it's beauty just because
The diamonds on gold shone so bright
As if the fog lifted and I saw the light.
I stepped on in and a tiara appeared
to be lying there right next to a tier.
I started feeling more than just a little dread
When I found the couple that were in the bed.
So shocked was I to see them appear
Then a blood curdling scream I did hear.
A woman so pretty and a handsome man
How do I explain this thinking fast as I can...
I said I was told to enter this way
But the man I could tell I did not sway
To believe my story was not his plight
So the next thing I knew I was taking flight..

This is the first award ever received by Camelot's Gala
Event. Noel not only created this beautiful award specifically
for this site and your viewing pleasure but also inspired me to do
something special for my kid's Halloween festivities. One day
I may get to hear my kids be as excited as she is about something we
did together. Thank you, Noel.
