I met Jacqui during my first week of competition.
At the time I didn't know which end was up (not to imply I know now,
mind you).
I had a graphic program but had no clue how to use it.
Heck, I didn't even know much about competing.
She was at a different competition than me (not that I knew that at
the time either).
She took me under her wing and showed me a few things about competing
and plenty about graphics. My first and only animated button
(to date)
was made by her and it is proudly displayed in my Friend's page.
I have thought of making a new background for that page
but it has to be one that matches that button so that it can remain
there forever <smile>.
Becca is Jacqui's wonderful little girl.
She is as wonderful as her Mom (must be genetic).
Most of what I know today I have learned from Jacqui.
Her patience for explaining the technically impaired is remarkable
(I am living proof).
Jacqui has earned my friendship and admiration,
something I don't give out easily. She is a kind and carrying
person
that has always been there for me.
One very important quality in Jacqui is her ability to accept me as
I am
and for who I am in spite the fact that she knows me so well.
Our friendship is truly precious to me.
I can tell her just about anything without fear of being scrutinized
nor chastised.
Jacqui is a terrific lady and I am proud to call her a friend.
