The "unable to copy" restriction will not be removed until full payment has been received and payment has cleared.  One half of the fees are due prior to commencement of the project, the other half upon completion.

There are two sets of fees for sets designed.  The first category will be for those that will include the "Misty's Creations" logo and link back to my pages and my ability to add them to "sets done for others" linked either directly to your site or to the set designed.  The pricing structures discussed here contemplate this selection.  The second category is where no links back to my site are given and I don't add it to the sets designed for others.

In those cases where I may upload the graphics and maintain the site, it is understood and agreed that the owner of the site (you) are responsible for its content and any copyright infringement as well as any representations and/or accuracy made in the site.  You are to provide all materials, including but not limited to wording and I, as the webmaster, am only responsible for the cosmetic appearance, which you retain the power to direct as well.

WEBMASTER SCHEDULE / PLANS:

Because every site is unique I will not be able to quote estimated costs until we have discussed the details of what you desire.  Number of pages, amounts of graphics, pictures to be included, will be pictures need to be scanned and worked into the graphics, amount of written materials, etc.  Some basic things to discuss involve the term of my involvement, which can include any of these phases:

1.  Basic / initial setup:

• Setup of the account (you must provide the name and location).  If it involves the release of credit card information, you will have to complete that part.
• Install designed graphics
• Input material submitted
• Re-size and alterations of graphics/images to be separately priced depending on complexity)

• All shown in #1 above plus monthly updates.

3.    Basic / initial setup and update

• All shown in #1 above plus quarterly updates.

4.    Basic / initial setup and update

• All shown in #1 above plus semi-annual updates.

At least two weeks prior to posting dates all files, images, etc. must be received by me.  That will allow me a two week period to make the updates.  Voluminous updates may require additional advanced notice.

At initial setup, only the frequency of the updates will be established.  Pricing to be established based on the actual work required.

Minor updates up to 5 or 6 items changes/additions/deletions should be from around $15.  That is, assuming that all is ready in correct size and format.

All written material submitted must be in either Microsoft word or Word Perfect format (e-mails is also acceptable, but most of the time may require clean up of the "<" that appears at the beginning of each line which would increase your cost.

Once you receive notification that the updates have been made, you are responsible for checking the site and contacting me with any changes/revisions needed.

Either party may discontinue the relationship at any time by just notifying the other at the last known e-mail address.  No additional obligations will exist other than providing services already agreed upon and paid for and payment of any due balances.

Because computer crashes due occur, it is required that you maintain a copy of all the graphics and overall content of your site.  That would eliminate the need of reconstructing all files which could be time consuming and costly to us both.
